Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Gixaw Chat is a month-to-month service. You only pay for the month you use. There are no long-term contracts.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Vista, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and all major credit cards. We do email a payment confirmation invoice each time you are billed.
Can I embed the chat into my website or blog?
Absolutely, Gixaw Chat beautifully embeds into your website or blog. Your visitors do not have to leave your website or blog to chat.
Can I use a custom domain?
Yes. If you do want to access your chat site at http://chat.yourdomain.com/ or any other domain instead of http://anything.gixawchat.com/, you can add a custom domain to your subscription.

Can I upgrade or downgrade a plan at any time?
Yes. Every subscription has an option to upgrade, downgrade or cancel a plan at any time.
Are there per-user fees?
No. There are no additional costs per-user. The above prices are all inclusive of the features.
Can I integrate my existing site members?
Yes. We provide integration for popular applications, and it is very easy to write one for your custom application. With integration enabled, your existing site members do not have to log into the chat again.
Can I install Gixaw Chat on my server?
